Is there a web panel?
No. Outline is managed from the free Outline Manager app on your computer. You connect it to your server once with the management key, which you copy over SSH.
How do people connect?
Send each person their access key. Opening the link adds your server to Outline Client; they can also paste the key in the app by hand.
Which plan do I need?
The smallest plan, with 1 vCPU and 1 GB RAM, is enough for a family or a small team. Choose a larger plan for many simultaneous users.
Can I limit how much each person uses?
Yes. In Outline Manager you can set a monthly data limit on each access key, or a limit that applies to all keys.
How fast is a new server ready?

Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can move to a larger plan from the control panel. Your data and IP address stay the same.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. Plans are billed monthly or yearly with no setup fee, and you can cancel at any time.
